Gaia si trova a Philadelphia dove ha da poco terminato questo bellissimo pezzo, rendendo omaggio a Edmund Bacon con questo gigantesco ritratto.
Edmund Bacon è considerato il padre della moderna Philadelphia avendone ispirato il progresso urbanistico durante il suo mandato ventennale di direttore esecutivo della pianificazione urbana.

Finally finished. A portrait of Edmund Bacon, the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Planning Commission from 1949 to 1970, on his last day in the position. The face is flanked by a model of Society Hill and of Center City with the design of the Vine Street Expressway in the background from his book The Design of Cities.
